my windsheild came in yesterday,only had 1 sec to peek in the box.if i dont have to work this weekend ill be cutting the cowl back to the fire wall and getting the glass ready for insallation.

Anybody have a lead on the rubber molding trim piece that goes around the back window? All of the dealerships show it as being out of stock and no approximate ship date almost like it's discontinued and none of the glass places around here stock it either. From what I gather if you try to remove the original it ruins it and I really would like to install this and make it look more factory.

Yes it can be, I'm doing a very similar notch to that (angling the sides out, but back about that far) and it can be done no problem. Just tape off and paint a boarder around it so it looks the same all the way around... and you'd think it was supposed to be that way.
