It sounds as if it's pretty scratch resistant and I shouldn't have a problem with wipers on a street driven car as long as I keep it clean. Does it deform at high speeds, is it clearly flexible when you press on it hard? Any idea what percent the tint is?

the 3/16" fronts are pretty stiff, yet if you pushed down hard on it with your thumb it will flex. however people will not notice if you dont say anything 
As far as the scratch resistance, yes you can run wipers, just make sure there is plenty of water on the window to help lubricate the wiper.
