I have the speed inc. thats molded, fits great and was 14#'s plus has a heal pad thats a huge important over the super light stuff for me that get fuzzed all up form use. I drive the car a ton and with the 6sp, and fill it with tools, and race tires every time I race. It stops at the back of the rear seat top. So used ozite for that, and the stock stuff for the back.
Now with the armrest metal drilled off, and the lower rear seat cusions. The molded carpet has a hump there. But it fits great everywere else. And you can remove it easy to weld more on the rollcage, or do more metal cutting, that would be a pain if you glued in the light stuff.

My stock was 38 I think. and I pulled all the padding off, scrapped it all really good, and the mat on the floor in the rear of the car, filled up 2 garbage but didnt weight what everyone listed stripping it did. It was only like 5-7pounds. still over 30, I think the list said it was 24?

this is still the best pics I have. I painted the seats with the hammer paint and look a lot better. And got the dark gray ozites that matches, and put stitched some super velcro on the back of the speed inc so it stays down like a stock seam.
