Goal: Get my 418 in my car and running before the summer is over down here.

 

Go to the track and get a decent pass!

 

my goals for next year are to run
10.5x on motor
9.xx on 100 shot
lower 9.xx on 150 shot

also not blowing up the T56

 

To run some 10's with a full weight stock suspension daily driver and get kicked off our track for no roll cage (11.49 or faster). I also hope to have no clutch problems this year, going to the track to have the pedal stick to the floor pisses me the F off! The new altitude compensator should really help

 

Get my car together and get it down the 1320

to actually have a clutch last in my car to make a full clean pass.... nothing like going 10.95 @ 125 with 430 rwhp, and 11.01 @ 131 with 500

 

Built 4l60, 3600 converter,Cam, 150 jets, Tune and hopefully make a 10s pass full weight.

 

To get my junk put back together and run the number I have in my head. Then put a cam in it and run a quicker number...

 

2011 goal will be 9.5 at 136ish with upgraded intake and more weight reduction still on the stock block and heads.

 

It will take more then 136 to go 9.50

 

Mine are simple in theory;

1. Win the points championship this year in N/E at Royal Purple Raceway(HRP).

2. Finally run a 9 second 1/4 mile with my N/A 347 Hot Rod(been trying for like 6 years now)!

Hmmm goals for 2011...............

Put the battery in the battery tray, hook it up and prey to God that everything works.

Once I've passed that step, I want to hook my custom engine/trans harness to the pcm and see (if) the motor will run like its supposed to without any electrical glitches.

I've pretty much done a hack job on this wiring and told my friend that if this thing works everyone is coming over for a drink........

After that the goal is getting a bored 5.3 block with stock 706 heads with cometics and arp bolts to hold up to an F2 procharger with a cog drive spinning out about 25-30 psi.

My year has the makings of a pretty epic fail. We will see.

 

To get my **** running again Fortunately, it's the wife putting the fire under my ***!!

Goals for 2011: Hit the 11 second goal I set in 2007 with a bolt on car at 8000ft DA.

Stretch goal: Cut the last 200lbs of dead weight from the car with drag brakes, lexan, manual brakes and manual steering. Be down to 200lbs by track time and also participate in my first triathlon.

 

To hopefully run 11.99 this spring. I have a 3600 stall going in and got a bit wider ET Street DR going on too--as well as some skinnies.
Previous best was 12.47 @ 112 on a 1.85 60 ft.
Fingers are crossed.

 

run 10's on motor (finally learned how to shift this thing) Then low tens, maybe just maybe 9's on a 200 hit.
