Default complete re-wire cost?

just called a local shop around me for a price on wiring up my car, basic street/strip. Making a new harness for engine and electrical(lights, turn signals, speedo etc) was quoted 1,500.

does that price seem about right? thats also mounting pcm and fuse boxes under the dash(removing dash and re-installing it) about a 2 week turn around

thanks

Price sounds about right.....pretty good actually.

Last car I wired i got 1200, and that was front to back, lights and etc. (keep in mind that was also a carbed application).

This sounds like a job that has allot of unbillable time involved. Sounds cheap to me.

That does sound cheap......REALLY cheap for what's involved.

Do they have any pics of the work they did for other cars?

Are they going to run through the whole harness?
