So far I haven't got the M/T Et Street radials to hook well, but they are 325/50 didn't realize I needed to go under 16# with them and possibly as low as 12# per M/T recommendation.

I run mine at 12 at the track, only way I could get them to hook. Cut 1.3 60's, air em back up and go home.

Based on the responses I think you shouldn't worry.

BTW, my M/T ET Street 275/60s are my driver tires, and I run them on the street and the track without any issues. I put about 350 miles on a brand new set during the times when my local track was closed, then went out and cracked a 1.39 60 foot on just their second pass.

Well that's good to know.

I went as low as 15# one pass, but that pass I also had a crap burnout. Next time out I will just hit them with 12 right off the bat and try to work up if they hook great until they slip again.

That's the key I've found. You have to put a fair amount of heat in them before they'll stick good. I'm going to find their limits this summer/fall with the trans brake though.
