Default 25. cage and exhaust

has any one tryed to run regular bolt on headers with a 25.5 or 3 cage and have issuse,or do you have to run headers out the side fender

Because I race at a Noise restricted track, I had my floor bars built just above the OEM floor level. This left me the room that is needed for a chassis style header and exhaust. ( This is what you are referring to as a regular bolt on header I believe)

I have seen firehawks car and I think there is no other way to do it if you need to run mufflers...

If your floor bars are below the OEM floor level, You won't have the room for a large header of this style header.

Just run them out the side. Save some weight too

i want to run them under the car for noise reasons.plus i have a brand new set of kooks 2" headers i bought.

And for the guys who say just run them out the side be prepared to spend $3K - $4K having a set made.

Yes, under the floor bars so a big 4" collector would be tuff to fit.

Same situation I am dealing with. Bars can't go under the car... thoughts right now are to notch them into the floor boards, because there's no way there will be room.

my under cage is going to be modified so i can run a stock style header.
