The webbing that we use as a third bolt hole on the swaybars end link mounts is pretty beefy and we use a 1/2" bolt in that location. This combined with the OE mounting bolts makes a much stronger "bolt-on" mount than what is currently available anywhere else. I have no problem saying it should hold up into the 1.30's 60 ft/times, providing the OE frame threads are in good condition. Beyond that I would plan on welding it or at the very least adding a few tack welds just to be safe.
As for the bolt-on axle pads, basically the same thing. Up to a certain point the bolt-in pads will be fine but at some point you reach the limits of the clamping ability and the sway bar can begin to rotate on the housing. This is just an estimate but I would probably start to think about welding the pads on vehicles running sub 1.30 second 60 ft/times.

The new bar is narrower and uses relocated frame mounts that are further in then the old design. This was done to provide more shock clearance, more wheelwell clearance, provide a stronger frame mount location and to reduce the weight of the bar. That being said, the bar should still bolt onto your existing axle pads but you may have to get creative on your frame mounts...

You will have no shock clearance issues with this bar. The swaybar/shock clearance issues are one of the main reasons for relocating the end link mounts inboard. That problem will be solved simply by swapping to this bar and you get all of the perks for free!
