The Turbo Action Cheater works very well. No missed shifts or first to third shifts.

Are you talking about the Cheetah ? They looked good, but didn't look like it would go in the console.

Yes (I never was much at spelling!). I don't run a console.

Yea, that looks good. That is a true gated shifter isn't it? Move the shifter left or right and pull back to get to the next gear?

You don't need to move it right or left to shift. It has a spring to do that. All you do is slap the handle and it goes into the next gear. Each gear has a solid stop so you have no fear of missing a shift.

anyone running the t-brake button in the ashtray in an m6 console? i was thinking about making a plate for the ashtray behind the shifter so i can just lift my hand off the button on the launch.

I had a momentary switch for the Lingenfelter launch control , when the car was a 6 speed, but I didn't have to release it to launch. Just dump the clutch. But it was a good location as far as far as your body position.

I ran the cheetah in my car when I had a th400, its the best one unless you go to a glide then you should get the percision performance shifter, but thats $$$.

I'm assuming that's a pro ratchet stealth, What did you do with the reverse lockout leaver?

I run a pro ratchet in my car. No fear of hitting the wrong gear and simply confirm the shifter is "ratcheted" all the way back or all the way forward.

I like Ratchet style shifters much better. Switched to one and won't go back. I like that the stick always returns to the same position. Also no chance of over shifting or pulling to far. Just click back as hard as you can, click again, and done. No dumb levers to mess with or try fiddling with while shifting to the next gear.

I use it on a reverse VB 350 and love it. Never miss a gear (unless holding the shifter on the launch lol) also easyer to get it back in neutral at the finish line for plug reading and what not.

I use a B&M Quicksilver ratchet and have it under stock console. I got my stock 6 speed short stick mounted on it with my stock shift ****. Looks like a T56 in 1st gear at park. lol

I use Hurst quarter stick and have no complaints. 2-3 shifting is fine with lever.
