Stuff like this can turn into a big job. It is worth it in the long run though. I think you will be fine if you mock it up and make sure everything clears before you get the axle cut.
Sometimes what worked on one car may not work on another. Really the biggest reason to set it up like you want it and take the measurements instead of going off one someone else had already done.

you can do it but I found the LCAs (even offset) are quite close to the tire sidewall. This last time, I cut off the LCA brackets on my 9" and moved them inboard a bit to gain a bit extra clearance. I used A&A trailing arm brackets. I still use the OEM front position with an offset spacer.

Also keep in mind, if you want to tuck the tire (lower the car down on them) you are going to have to do some re-engineering of the LCA bracket in order to get the geometry correct (LCA angle). I brackets I bought needed to be extended to work, so I added material and then welded in some thick washers to reinforce the hole around the weld.

I am going to make new control arm mounts for the rearend since I lowered the car this past year it has needed more angle on them.
Fireball I looked threw both of your build ups last night looking for the info and that was alot of pages lol
I want to make some brackets like what's on the Racecraft rearend. Now the two brackets that are bolted on the control arm brackets what are they for? My guess would be coilovers
I wanted to keep the stock location shocks if I could but I know I could make it a lot simpler if I went to a coilover

I have moved LCA position on the body........

Cut that out, used the tab to weld to the inside of the rail.
Make a gusset to go through the rail, long bolt to go right through.

Looks like this, I still going to weld a bush to the outside original tab with a gusset to stop egg shapping. This will give you all the room you need!!
If you need to move you LCA's to use the room, you need to modify the panhard rod to.
Hope this helps.

did you just make the spacers that attach to the car side and what did you use to go through the frame as a bushing?
also did you move the control arm bracket on the rear end

Yeah.... I used the old bracket that I cut off cleaned it up, and ran a 4mm steel tab to square it up on the rail. I used a solid 18 mm steel bar with a half inch hole for the through bolt. Then they are not on the car yet but I made some 6mm steel washers to weld to the old inside tab, to eliminate eggshapping.
Yes, Burkharts are going to do the dif.....f and they move the lower controll arms in anyway on there housings. I will look for some more pics.
found one this shows how i used the 4mm steel to square up the tab on the rail.
