"Bulkhead" Rules?
So upon searching about battery relocation I noticed you can have a "bulkhead" instead of a box for the battery, and my understanding if you also have a fuel cell in the passenger compartment too? The one picture I saw just looked like sheetmetal. Does it have to be AIR TIGHT, or is this more of a case of just a barrier? I was thinking a one piece sheet metal that fit the hatch area, that could also be lifted up (after the hatch is opened) to still have access to the trunk area, but here I am with the rules for the track...

I think it just needs to be a barrier. Take a look at the wolfe one because I think it's similar to what you're talking about building.

make it fit as tight as possible. we even will install a weatherstrip along the flange that contacts the hatch. material rules are .024 steel or .032 aluminum minimum thickness.
