Default 10.5w's In Stock Wheel Wells?

I've been searching and searching and I cannot find a definite answer....I am looking to put a set of Hoosier 29/10.5w tires on my Trans Am. Looking for info and pictures of fitment. I have read about going with the stiffs and I want the w's on the car. So please any info and pics would be great...really don't want to mini tub the car...please only chime in with personal experience. Thanks in advance.

So here is the questions: Stock length 9", 15x10 Welds 7.5" BS with coil overs and stock tubs....will it work?

PM Minshall on here.

He used to run 30x9's on his old car(my car now) it has plenty of room in the wheel wells as the opening's at the bottom have been neatly trimmed and the wells them selves had hammer work and some more cutting. I could easily run a 315/60 or a 29x10.50W, but my rear end has been narrowed 6", the wheels are 10" wide and have 4.5" BS might be 4.25" can't remember now.

If you ask really nicely I might take a wheel off and snap a picture for you

Could you PPPPPPLLLLLLEEEEEAAAAAAASSSSSSEEEEE Snap a pic? lol I'm curious if it will work for my combo...I've already had to cut my bumper and front corner on the wheel well to fit my 28x11.5's. But I realize this is a big jump in size...pics would be great...also aren't the 29x10.5w's alot wider than the 30x9's?

With a stock length 9 and 15x10 7.5 bs Billet Specialties, stock tubs stock shock set-up with adjustable rear spring height....I run a 28 10.5 W. The wheel has to be perfectly centered, hammer mod to the front and inner well and the rear fascia pulled back to the metal inner liner with ties.

Even with all of that I'll still get a "paint rub" on the front and rear well at 165mph...can not see it on the slick.

I do not know how you could run a 29 10.5 w without some serious rear well mods...I would have to cut mine at least 1" to make it work...

I have 1" of clearance around the tire now...at speed these tires grow at least 1.50" total.

Have to cut fender and exterior plastic for 29.5W.

Pic of 28W + Bogart + no tubs + no fender trimming, and a little bit of plastic trimming my old Formula:

325's (as wide as 28W IMO):
