AWESOME! I am dying to know how these perform under normal daily driving conditions and how many miles you can put on them. You didn't, by chance, ask them about their drag radials, did you?

nope didnt ask about the DR's. The guy told me these are a new design and should be even better. He said they hook a lot better than the ET streets (He sells and owns both so he is impartial) and have WAY better wet driving than ET streets.

Even if they only last a season I'll be happy

if they can last as long as ET Streets i would be VERY impressed. i know of guys that can get 5K+ miles out of et streets.

i'm so proud of you chris, brings a tear to my eye. those musclecar drags pulled my front wheels off the ground(stock 275/40 tires)and i cut 1.59 60 on a 5year old worn set. you'll love them CONGRATS. TO ALL OTHERS-i've been using the m&h tire for two years,i've tried et-street and drags. after using the m&h i never went back to mt. m&h all the way.

Chris I've been able to drive to our local track which is a 160 miile round trip put both tires at 21 PSI and the car dead hooks ..I've learned from the ET Streets that not always a lower tire pressure works in these types of tires..I've droped them to 18 PSI and my 60's would drop off slightly..Just haze them and pull to the line and you'll be amazed how well these tires work..

Right now I have about 1000 miles on these tires and 25 passes on them..

Thumbs up

I`ve been eyeballing those myself. I kind of like the tread pattern and they have some pretty cool sizes also. Think I might give `em a go.

Iam looking forward to your results. Why didn't you get the M&H cheater slicks? Those should hook even better & they are available in similar sizes (26/10.5-15LT - 26/11.5-15LT)

According to that website, the muscle car tire & the cheater slicks are two different types

I need to get more info on these tires. AFAIK they are not considered a cheater slick like an ET street/QTP.

I just wanted something that'd hook and be half safe in the rain.

I'll await your ruling on this, because if you say they are OK, I can get more traction. They are not radial BTW but they are DOT and that will open up a can of worms

I just noticed - those are the C tread. Tom at M&H said I should get the B tread in the N50/15 size. Is there really any differance? Attached is a picture of the B thread:

How do you think these would stack up against the new MT Drag Radials?
