Those with 10" Welds come in
no, seriously if you use spacers with stock studs you only get about 1/2 inch of threads. and i've known of two cars where the wheels fell off while driving because of this. just grind the chit out of them they are plenty thick.
you can always run extended studs, which I will be doing when i get around to installing them.

People tend to grind the face too much. The part that is a bear is where it curves to the sides. The curved part gets the most attention.
but most tech guys dont check esp if you have lugs with hole covered , i used to make the guy take a lug off if they where closed ends ,when i teched at track
when we build most cars we use the 5/8 stud ,than you dont have to worry about spacers ,wheels whatever

So if I dont use a spacer I dont have to use the longer studs right?
To be honest, I would not run the stock studs if you run a sticky tire on a Weld 15 X 10. But I tend to be over cautious. That's why I run 1/2 studs and Bogarts now.
Oh by the way.....$2000 for Bogarts???? Not even close. They are alot less then that!
