update
stock rad lower fitting in 1 1/4
stock Wp lower fitting is 1 1/2

if you get the 1 3/4 lower fitting on your pump its very hard to find a 1 piece lower hose to match to the stock rad.

So get a 1 1/2 or 1 1/4 fitting with the meziere race pump is alot easier to find a hose to match up with.

If you get the 1 1/2 fitting install it in the passenger side. If you dont have a spanner wrench/Big *** snap ring pliers to tighten the fitting, and dont want to clamp on it. you can use two small punches/pins/nails ect. in a vice and turn the pump on them to tighten the fitting. And use to plug the driver port. Gates hose # 21191 fits lots of GM 80s trucks and works good for a lower hose, the bend is right, just trim the end(s) down *note- the tag puts hole is the hose so try to cut that part off too
Its 1 1/2 one end 1 1/4 the other,

Thread is old as dirt but I’m back in the f-body game and this is still helpful. Thanks!
