Default fabing wipers on to your race car

So I plan to go form an 8 point to a 12 point over the winter. With the intake I want to run, T will have to cut my cowl and lose the pass wiper. I figured no biggie, I'll have Eric @ MWC fab up a bracket from the wiper motor to the driver wiper and I'll just keep the driver wiper.

Well I forgot about the bars going into the engine bay run right through where the motor for the wiper is.

anyone fab something up or do anything out of the box to get a wiper on your F-body?

Here is what I did to mine last year. Forgot to update this thread, but it works perfectly. Finished cutting out the original cowl area, boxed it in and extended the PS wiper arm. Let me know if you have any questions.

I have my entire wiper assembly removed and just keep the windshield waxed.

Agreed with the RainX. Apply once a week or as needed - no wipers needed.

I drove a beater 97 Nissan Sentra with a blown wiper motor for 2 years without wipers. Just applied RainX. ****'s legit!
