Default 1/2" press in wheel stud swap?

I have stock 12mm studs
is there a 1/2" that will press in to the stock knurl?
Or am I forced to stick with 12mm unless I drill?
I need long studs for weld drag wheels.
I haven't been able to find any .509 knurl on the 'net

Thank you

It looks like I'm ordering 12mm and next time I have the axles out for something, then at that time I'll drill for 1/2 or 5/8

Unless someone knows something, I'm ordering the long 12mm later today...

Thank you

Stock axles? I've only messed with moser axles, so idk if they are different, but I have 1/2in on my front wheels. So I wouldn't think the hole is different front to back. But all I did was used an old lug nut and pulled the new studs in. I don't think the back ones can be done with the relucter rings in.

I have a moser 12 bolt rear end that came with 12mm studs. I need longer studs front and rear now to pass drag race tech and run weld wheels.

I removed a stud from the moser, and removed a stud from my stock front, and they LOOK exacly same. I don't have a micrometer, but with a ruler it looks like I have .509 knurl on both the Moser stud and and the stock front stud. I would love 1/2" studs since I am replacing them all anyway, but I can only find 12mm press in studs for the .509 knurl so far. I'm pretty sure the answer is I have to drill or ream to get to 1/2" studs. I just want to make sure before I order the 12mm ones. I will not be doing any drilling or reaming I tend to totally ruin stuff like that

Thank you

Oh wait I just read you have 1/2" on your front? What part number? Because my front and rear are the same that would work!

I goofed, mine are 12mm 3" on the front. I did a little looking and I seems that you are stuck with 12mm studs. Sorry man

Just buy studs and ream the holes out to fit the knurl you want. You could also just send in your axles to Moser and have them install new studs.

Not gonna work. The axles are hardened and they are on a pattern. The axles have to be either shipped out to moser or done at a local place that can handle it.
