A tune will pick you up some if you haven't done one already. A decent converter will put you mid to high 12s no problem as long as you're hooking

You need a good stall like a 3600

You gotta start with tires. Anything else you do is gonna make the need for tires even greater. Next I would say headers and stall. I dropped .3 off of my 60 with just a stall converter. Nothing will allow you to reach your full potential without tires.

Tires and suspension. Put cars on him out of the gate and make him run you down. He won't.

What is not "a lot"...

100$? 500? 1000? 2500?

Converter and tires would pretty much get that deal done.

Converter- 525$ shipped from PTC with a cooler
Ls6 intake- 325$ shipped
Headers- 550$ shipped
ORY- 175$ shipped
Used set of nice DR (MTs or better) on an extra set of rims- 300

225$ left over for fluids and misc. things..

Then enjoy how much he would have to do to keep up.

Take the front sway bar + brackets completely off the car. That solves that.

Cheap nitrous kit instead of the ls6 intake would be my vote

I wouldn't do nitrous yet. Converter, tires, headers, intake, tune, whoop ***.

Bang for buck is the juice. 350-400 for 100-150hp is better than 300-350 for 15-20 hp

I would get a cam before the intake. Get some of the ebay ss headers for 200 and take the money saved and have it tuned.

800ish$ on a really nice kit and a set of tires and a tune would put you into the 11s easy.
