Default ss4000 stall? what gains?
im thinking bout getting a ss4000 to put in my 2000 z28,, only mods are 3.73, k&n, lid,tube lca, penhard , and drs. best run 2.086 60' 13.460 @ 103.8 on hot day right off the interstate driving there. what 60' and 1/4 guess for this stall? i want 1.6 or1.7 60'

I cut a 1.72 60ft with a SS3600 so I'd expect a 1.59-1.6. People have ran 11.9 with bolt ons

Depending on 60ft 11.9-12.4

Depending on 60ft 11.9-12.4
wow really a second gain?

i gained .6 in the 1/8 with ss3200.

I went from 13.2 to 12.0 with ss4000 and a tune... i will get a 11.8 or lower pass just bolt ons when the air isnt +2000 da. I also cut mid to low 1.5 60 foots give the track is prepped

I have been 11.98 with 1.59 60 fts. with bolt ons and 4000 SS.

plan on getting a tune after the converter swap and yes you will see a huge gain. Converter swap in these cars is one of the best/ funnest mods in my opinion

wanting to do cam, intake and headers before tune.. or is it worth it now?

If you can do all of it before the tune that will be better as you won't be paying for a retune.

Frost (mail order) tuned my car for the converter and he gives you 90 day free upgrades.

I had a 88 gta with a ls1 with bolt ons , went 12.50 with a fuddle 3400 convertor, switched to ss4000 & went 12.02, nothing was else changed & gained 5 tenths
