Something in between your old 5" lift off hood and your newer 5" lift off.
Everyone has the newer hood. We need something new.
I like the way the hood and scoop extends to the windshield.
But something needs to be done to the slope. It comes up to high at the nose and levels off to quickly. IMHO.
And I need a hood now. Just don't really like neither one of the WS6's.
I understand.
One of the reasons we made the sloped is to add some more roundness...sets it off nicely. ~
Don't think we'll be doing a new extended WS6 at this point. But will pass the info along.

Thanks Rene ~~

Will keep the weight as minimal as possible, but this new guy will weigh in between 22-25lbs.
It's a bit bigger on size.

So it's 22-25 #'s untrimmed? Or is that trimmed?

carbon, can only do when we have a lot of time on our hands. Extremely time consuming for just the paintable - cosmetic...forget it!
Unfortunately haven't been able to take on any carbon work now for a good couple of years - don't see that changing any time soon ~

Un.
But, on this item there isn't much trimming involved. Made for stock fenders/stock size front end. Was just a guesstimate...being new - and larger - I don't have a definate just yet..need to get a few more under our belts. But, will be as light as we can make it - offer some of the lightest stuff out there..we always take that in to consideration.

If weight is a major concern when ordering, just give a heads up...we'll mark the order accordingly..keeping it - and perhaps cutting a few more pounds out of it for you.

Sounds great! I'll be putting in a order soon.
As light as possible would be great!
I'll be going with this hood I think, with the Zeus fasteners setup.
Clearance is the same as regular sunoco?

I've got a stock ss hood now, I cut out the cowl last year. I am putting on a Vic jr with 1" spacer and accufab over the winter when I do my cam swap
