Yeah you do see a lot of cars on here with them but heck it doesn't matter they look killer on your SOM. Where I live there aren't a lot of f-bodies so I think they'd look good with hugger orange too.Ill have to check that out bc I like them flush!

They would look sick on a HO car! There's a few f bodies in my area, but nothing like my car. They are all either bolt on with nitrous, or small cams, there's one 402ci car around but all the other f bodies are pretty stock/slow lol..

Pulled out all the interior tonight, the backing on the factory carpet is a bitch to get off! Studderin how much does all the brackets weigh for the rear seats and bracing under the rear speakers? Worth taking out? Trying to get as much weight off as I can.. but if it's only a pound or two I dunno if it's worth all the trouble with the spot weld cutter.. I'll get some pics tomorrow of some progress..

Lol yea true, guess I need to take it all out. Thanks for the compliment! I think only 3.5% were SOM.. there are a couple more colors that are more rare, but I love the SOM.

Gonna bump this up, Been working on customer cars so haven't had time to mess with my own lol. Got a Sparco steering wheel, and going to go with the NRG GM shallow mount and gen 2.8 quick release hub. Going to order the Kirkey seats, along with everything else to finish the build in a couple weeks. There is a local body guy also that came out to look at the engine bay to finish it up.. So its on track to be finished by Spring! I had to reset my phone, so all by dang progress pics got deleted, so I'll have to get some more.

Appreciate the compliment! Gonna make a very large order to summit here soon, as soon as the tax return comes in lol. Plus going to order my transmission parts too. Billet shafts, forward clutch hub, and a Rossler trans brake and Moroso deep trans pan. Can't wait to make some more progress on it, just been extremely busy here lately.

Lol, it wasn't THAT bad, but it was still a pain.. glad I got all it done.. hopefully after I get this customer car done, and then another customers truck done, I can get back to work on it. And hopefully the Damn weather around here quits being so shitty..
