It was a 6 week wait for a regular Sunoco from vfn. So I ordered a extended Sunoco.
(2-3 week wait) I guess I'm going to trim it back away from the windshield to get
Air to the TB. Anybody done this or have pics of one trimmed? That would be awesome.

I'm also interested in seeing how others have trimmed their hoods.

Cutting that hood back will not accomplish anything. You will still be pulling in all hot air into your throttle body. That air pan would definitely be the way to go. By opening the back you cause a chimney effect. Not to mention cutting part of your aerodynamics. I'm hoping I will be able to run mine without the filter at the strip so its just the velosity stack. Otherwise if I have to run the filter, I will be messing up my aerodynamics as well. Then I will have to figure out some type of air pan as well. That one Subhumanzz has really looks very good.

I might just cut it and see how it works, then add a air pan setup
If it needs it. Not too concerned with my IAT's. They are always
Good when I'm spraying. Lol
