I agree with Chris about the weight. The entire reason for "bolt-on" class at all is for lightly mod'd street cars to race without having to remove any equipment and void their warranties. At 3300 lbs with rollbar, you need to remove roughly 400+ lbs out of a stock SS Camaro. My car weighs 3760 in AutoX trim, but I'm a lardass. For a 160lb'r that's 3660. Add 70lbs for a rollbar and 5pt, that's 3730 = 430lbs weight that can be removed.

Essentially at 3300, you'll insure that everyone will need a rollbar in their car, and that no daily driver, smog legal cars will show. If everyone decides a street class is useless, great. But if you do have one, a 3300lbs limit will insure that none of the "street" cars will actually be street legal.
