Default IAT mounting with 4150 ACCUFAB

I installed a supervictor intake and a accufab 4150 on my car where are you guys mounting the iat sensor at? Thanks for any help Pictures would be great.

just zip tied it near the tb opening/cowl where ever u can

My bubbly put his in the front bumper it work out go there had to make the wires longer

Good thread, I'd like to know myself.
I have my mounted with a L-bracket on the last bolt on the tb by the drivers cowl.
Always wondered about mounting it in the front bumper.

Extend the harness and put it in line with some fresh air. Mine is mounted outside the driver side frame rail with an adel clamp behind the fog light hole.

Wouldn't putting it in the front, to get fresh air, trick the pcm into thinking it's getting cooler air than what's really going into the intake. What cause would that have on the tune? I'm sure the air at the tb is warmer than the air at the front of the car.

I have always put mine as close as possible to the tb so its geting a true reading of the air its geting and no you do not want to delete it

Thats what I did with mine, as close to the opening to get the temp of the air going into the TB
