I lose traction most likely because there is no weight over the rear tires. My car is literally a tin can. I miss that feeling when it downshifts or when you punch it and it actually puts you back in the seat and goes. That feels a lot better than punching it, spinning for a few seconds and getting up to speed.
I cut both the front and back outer fenders now.. I put bondo in the front corner to fill the void and just used vice grips to seam the rear fender back together.
I also cut off the bump stop mounting bracket but may need to cut it some more.
Chris, if you can, please e-mail me any pics you have.

Here's some pics of the silver car getting big tires. We also cut out the inside of the wheelwell at the corner (above the LCA) and mig'd a piece of tin back in it's place. That alone saved hours of beating.

hey Brady, those pics were at the top of the list too in terms of showing where i should be trimming that inner fender area.
Keith, i don't have a dig. camera here with me, but to give you a good idea, this pic from Brady's link is spot on to what i am working on...minus the quarter trimming

Well I will be going with the 29x13.5's so hopefully I can get them to fit.
Need to pick up some adjustable LCA's now. The car should be a real beast on the street.. finally.
