I may have found the issue. The driver mount for the watts link has been bottoming out on the gas tank. Looks like im going to have to switch to a panhard rod. But the abs was a different issue the clip that the e brake pad sits on fell into the reluctor wheel and bent abs sensor. I fixed that and abs works fine. This set of axles may actually not be bent yet.

If you have any more rear diff. Issues contact mark Williams and set yourself up with one of their setups. You won't have problems anymore lol

If you want to stay with the cheaper axles, you need to slip the clutch more IMO. I’d bet that setup doesn’t slip at all… This “DIY” slipper clutch setup works REALLY well and is cheap and consistent.

Yea cheap may not have been the right word! There are bigger more expensive axles was my point… Regardless of their “rated” power they are bending. I’m sure they would be fine if you ran an auto or slipped the clutch. I believe I run the same axle on my 9” at 900ish hp and have never had an issue. Dumping the clutch with a manual is a different story!

I’ve seen axles broken on the first pass behind a 180hp 1.3 liter engine dumping the clutch at 7500. Same axles literally lasted for 6+ years (never broke them, just swapped rear ends) at 500+whp on my auto setup. 1.5x-1.6x 60’s range. Drive train shock is hard on parts!

If you haven't found your issue yet I have a question for you. Are you running race stars per chance?
