i see that Jegs has a pretty inexpensive Drive shaft loop for sale, around 30 bucks i think. i THINK 9-ball talked about it once. does anyone know if it fits nicely? i have only a 2.5" y-pipe so it should not bang. let me know before i buy it. thanks guys!

Yes, it works. I have one on my car. You should cut the last two mounting bolt holes off of each side though, it makes it easier to install and you have more places to mount it this way.

You want to make a cut on each side of the flat bars that mount the loop.

There are 4 hole on each end, you cut down the middle of each set. You want to cut off the outer most pair on each end

Yes, you need to drill 4 holes in the floor.
