Default Got a new best tonight 11.704@118.34

I got booted from Englishtown but it was worth it. I'm working on getting a cage & 5 point harness right now.

What do you guys think this car should be running-Fred
Temp 73, rel humidity 71, absloute barometer 29.33
60' 1.649
330' 4.816
1/8 7.501
mph 93.09
1000' 9.788
1/4 11.704@118.34

run2 15 minutes later
60' 1.742
330' 4.889
1/8 7.545
mph 93.75
1000' 9.815
1/4 11.721
mph 118.96-then booted...

So what do you think, Fred

Nice fred , you keep getting lower and lower , now with the addition of a rollbar you will get slower and slower, lol . You should be running around 11.30 to 11.50s i think.

I think you guys are right on the 11.3-11.5 capability. I'm not dead hooking even on the 1.64 60' run I was spinning. Also with the addition of the cage, I'm thinking about getting some skinnies & dropping the front sway bar to compensate for the extra weight.
I was launching from 5K spinning to those short times on ET Streets & 4.11's in the 12 Bolt, Fred

Well, I wasn't racing at Atco..UMmm I don't know maybe weather it was close to 2000 feet for the DA.

Can someone in here do the calculation based on this weather???
Temp 73 Rel Humidity 71 Absolute Barometer 29.33

I'm just not sure what the track elevation is at Englishtown, N.J.

Can someone figure out the DA for my runs,thanks-Fred

I like Atco on or around 15-February.. Two years in a row made my best mph runs. Of course I haven't tried this new setup with that kind of air -2000 DA,lol

As far as not trapping 120 on those two runs I just remembered the ET Streets were at 13-14 psi. When I trapped 120.4 with them the pressure was at 17-18 psi. I'm not making excuses, but you asked

nice times considering weight and 60 ft. i think you should be running close to what i am. maby lil slower with the et streets so 11.3-11.5 sounds good.

congrats on the new best. The more track time you get the more your e.t. will drop.I cant beleive you got booted from e-town.I made alot of runs there on a busy sat. and nobody said a thing. I guess I got lucky. Now my roll bar is in, Got my fire jacket and I'm ordering my 5 point harness so no one can say **** to me about running in the 11's.-(soon to be 10's) You will turn your best time when you get back to atco.My clutch just got balanced and my x-pipe to 3" duals just came in so I'll be working hard at it this weekend to be ready for next wednesday.Sat. next week is a import vs. detriot shootout.I might go spank some imports.

congrats Fred. You definitely have a 11.2 in that thing with better conditions. Amazing how good your 60s are with stock shocks up front and the swaybar still on.

I would kill for that kind of air. The best air I've seen this year has been +1050`.

I've been trying to get him to take that swaybar off but his setup seems to be working for him. I guess if aint broke don't fix it huh?
