Need better Vehicle Reaction Time
Ok. I am needing to try to get my VRT down. When I take off on my spot on the tree I am about .05x on the tree. In order to get it where I need it, I want to be in the .01-.02 range. I can do that by rolling in a little extra, but I am bracket racing and that is not consistent. Most of the time I can do about the same, but sometimes I might roll in less or more and it ruins my run.
From what I have found in searches these are a few things to try. Are there any other things that can affect VRT?
-Raise front tire pressure
-tighten front shocks
-limit front travel
The car is a mid 7 1/8th car
1.5-1.6 60fts
I'm pretty good at rolling in extra and still doing well, but I feel I could be better if I could eliminate that variable from my run.
Here are a few videos from this weekend. It shows me bumping in and the car leaving.

I'm currently fighting this battle with my car as well. As other alluded to, you want to remove as much deflection in the car at the launch. I would:
-tighten front AND rear shocks
-raise pressure in front AND rear tires
-run a stiff sidewall slick or drag radial
Other things that have helped me:
Raise launch rpm as high as possible. If footbraking, this may require better front brakes.
Reduce weight.
Run shorter front tire to reduce rollout

IMO it looks like the suspension is unloading and you are getting wheel spin right on the hit, and then it falls. If you have adjustable shocks. loosen the rear a touch and tighten the front. Should help.
