2600-3000 stall 60'
im looking to buy a car real soon its going to be another ls1 a4 z28 or a6coyote.
im looking at a 2800stall but I want to make sure its going to produce the 60' that I want.....I know that yall are going to say go bigger, but boys this aint my first rodeo and I would like to run a yank st2800. all I need to do is hit a high 1.6 and I will achieve my goals.i use to run a yank ss3600 and it was a great converter,i went a best of 1.54'.i want something smaller.so post below and convince me if not il be running 10s in a Bolton coyote
ls1 z28 a4
basic full boltons 350rwhp +100shot=around 430-460rwhp
raceweight should be around 3300lbs
spraying at 3k
gears will be 3.23 unless its a 2.73 geared car than I will put 3.73s in it.i want the smallest stall possible to run atleast a high 1.6.i figure it should trap 124-126
I had car very similar to the above and on a stock stall with 3.73s it went 11.5x@123 1.82' on 800psi
im not going to put a 3200 stall bc if that's the case I might as well put another yankss3600 in this car and go low 1.5s

The 4000 was noticeably looser driving around. I much preferred the way the 3000 drove.
At the track, the 4000 stall was exactly 2 tenths faster. 1.5 of that came in the first 60'. The MPH remained exactly the same.
But keep in mind, the added low end torque is making up for the lack of converter in my case.
Mainly looking at basic bolt one, hci,or nitrous stock short block cars.
Not looking to see the results of guys making 550+rwhp as I will not be even close to those levels
