New Best ET at NPR 10.94 @ 124.56 (1.546 60')
It wasn't a big gain from my previous best...but I'll take it!
10.943 @ 124.56 mph 1.546 60'
The conditions tonight were the best I have ever seen in Louisiana!
The best Density Altitude I recorded was -1822'
The track was hooking fairly well but it started to go away about 7:30 pm, because it was COLD! I thought I ran 6 runs, but I only have 5 timeslips so I guess I only ran 5 times tonight.
Here they are in order.
60' 1.662
330' 4.638
1/8 7.123
MPH 97.81
1000' 9.280
1/4 11.094
MPH 124.19
D/A -1241'
I was the first to run down the track on this run, and it didn't hook for me, but I guess that was to be expected. Traction got better once more cars started to run.
60' 1.546
330' 4.501
1/8 6.985
MPH 98.12
1000 9.133

MPH 124.56

60' 1.510
330' 4.497
1/8 6.984
MPH 97.91
1000' 9.148
1/4 10.967
MPH 123.94
D/A -1576'
60' 1.500
330' 4.522
1/8 7.012
MPH 98.07
1000' 9.167

MPH 98.28
1000' 9.167
1/4 10.974
MPH 124.78
D/A -1822'
Raceweight 3480 lbs.
Tempature was 44 degrees when I made my first run, and 37 degrees on my last run.
Humidity was 29%
Barometer was 30.19 - 30.22

Nice job Gordo!! Can I borrow one of your 60's? I don't care which one, as they all were way better than mine.
Nothing like watching a M6 car leave the line at 6k+ rpms. I hope to join the club real soon. LOL
BTW, time for the skeletor mod next time you go to the track.

Gordon congrats on the new best. It appears from your time slips that your car was actually spinnning a bit down track on some runs between 60ft and 330. That could make for a wild ride. After talking Sammy V tonight he is thinking about leaveing the 6 speed ranks. He did run a 1.36 shortime tonight and on that pass he missed 3rd went to 6th then back to 3rd and ran 10.60 129. But on the next run he broke the rear yoke takeing out the drive shaft also. Thats 3 times out and broke something all 3 times its getting discouraging. Glad you're enjoying your ride. Frank95z

Futral has some nice running SR setups for sure!
Allan, let me know when you are ready to become a sponsor so you can sell more of those setups

Very nice times Gordon. I hope this cool air sticks around a little while longer. Do you have any video of the car? I would love to see what that launch looks like.

Yeah that true. Just imagine what a certain car would run with $130K invested, like some other car.
