You can modify the dash brace to take some weight out too. you could pull the door panels and take some weight out of them too.
Is a cage getting installed?
If so and this is a hardtop car I'd look into minitubs and possibly cutting out the ttop wells and spare tire well. you could remove door bars as well.
Maybe give us a more detailed wish list/plan so we can direct you better.
I also have oe wheels reps, 555 in 275/315. Going with a loghtest set of v6 16s and a budget front runner? That should cut down 50 to 75lbs

Sounds like you got much of the other stuff so now the money weight loss mods come
Camaro I saw narrowed the front, and used the fronts to widen the rear to a 17x10 so he could put a 315 tire on. Had to beat in the rear wheel well and cut the bump stops off but it looked right. Wheels were re-powder coated the factory grey, really nice looking

To fill the holes from the bolts, would RTV work?
Also installed a Chrs1313 ram air.
SNS stg 3/springs/pushrods /LS2 chain and HV pump about the same as TSPs
Not much talk or reviews in the past few years on TSP cams being the current hotness, a lot issues with springs wearing fast.
FWIW my car weighed 3240, MS3, LS6 intake, 4L60, SS3600, 3.73s, 1 3/4, 3in into 4in merge, SLP lid, FTRA, SD tune, LCAs with relocation brackets and PHB.
The MS3 can shine but I think it needs bigger stall and gears and be lightweight. Heads and Cam optimize it better. I just think there are better options out there...
