Default Does Weld Wheels custom build?

I'm looking at narrowing my 9" and I would like to run Weld Vitesse wheels. From what I can see I would really like to have a 5.00" backspacing 15x10 with narrowing my 9" 3" per side

Does anyone know if I can order a 5" backspacing?

If not what problems would I run into if I narrowed 3.5" instead of 3"?
I would like the option to run double beadlocks in the future

Thanks

I called and asked them this when I was ordering my rts's for my narrowed wheel. I wanted a 5" bs as well and they told me that they couldn't do it. it was almost 2 years ago, the woman said something about a machine or something, I cant really remember. personally I don't see why it would be so hard to do IMO. oh well tho. hey give em a call and just see what they say. like I said, when I called it was about 2 years ago. they make custom wheels for street outlaws guys why cant they make it for us

I will call them Monday. I'm sure they just like to sell the standard sizes.

Firebirdmuscle, what backspacing setup did you end up with? I'm afraid that 4.5" bs on a 3" narrowed rear would stick out little bit. I'm not sure how much extra space my Firebird has over a camaro
I'm also concerned that my LCA relocation brackets on my Moser will hit if I bring the rear too far in.

I've never heard of the lca bracket hitting with 3" bs. Some even go a little more and use offset lcas. I currently have 26x10.5x15 mt pro bracket radial an on my rts's now and they do not stick out mullet style out of th fender. They are flush if anything. It's looks just right. The 325/50 I had first were barely inside the fender at the top and stuck slightly out from the fender if you were looking from the rear.

Wheels like Rts draglites and Pro Stars weld will only build them with 5.5 6.5 and so on wheels such as Alumstars Magnum drags and V series will they will only build in 5.0 6.0 and so on.
