Its all good either way at this point. Hes clearly not a man of his word. So there isnt much of a point in me getting worked up over it. So far Ive received the deposit and then $30k. So atleast thats a nice chunk to get after the fox with.
Im sure at this point he will come up with the rest soon. If it was me Id have to borrow the money to close the deal. I wouldnt have $35k resting in another guys hand across the country. Hes lucky Im an honest individual. He could have really screwed himself otherwise.

Yea, its actually really crazy to me. Hes been threatening me lately. I told him last week he needs to get a loan and pay for the car and he flipped out on me and told me I better refund every dime of his money lol. He is something else.
Narcissistic mortgage broker from cali. Its a pretty funny deal really. At this time he is 11 weeks past his notarized deadline and somehow Im an ******* lol.

MEanwhile the car is in my heated garage and occasionally spray waxed because thats the kind of person I am.

I wasnt really sad due to the constant up and down of emotions along the whole selling it thing. I wish I could go back in time and ignore that dude and keep the car for sure.
I knew when he typed up an agreement, had me sign it, then failed to meet the terms it wouldnt be an easy transaction. I should have walked away then in october.

But whatever. Onto the next chapter.
