Chris
that 38lbs is off the frt alone[my car had 12.5-13 "rotors and big calipers it was a 98 1LE,so i dont know if the latter camaro has the same size brakes, also you cut off part of the spindle mt,i have them drilled them to also help with cooling, and they dont warp, when you order the kit just tell them you want a little harder pad, i use the race ones most of the time .but i dont drive 30 k a yr tomorrow i,ll get picts of frt

Yea the Aero's come drilled according to the pics.

NCR I have a few Q....
So u order the LW front kit w/harder pads, will my russell braided line kit work with these calipers? Is there any cutting required and will my Welds clear the calipers?Do I lose the abs and if I do will I require the Bollingley abs delete block?Could I make them manual if I remove the power booster and run billingsleys kit?

I bet u could save 45lbs easy with this setup...
Plus thats off the nose of the car.

Guess I know which mod I'm doing next..
Buh bye HVAC,HEAT,AIR BAGS,FRONT BRAKES

on the drilling check with co, they show in picts but i know the willwoods it an option,i dont remember when i got the aero,s because i automaticly ask for drilled rotors even if there slotted,it should have nothing to do with Abs thats on your hub in back of spindle , any other questions i,ll be happy to answer give me a call thnx bob 631-435-1895

I have the aerospace brakes here too, they work "OK" on the street. Just don't stop too many times in a row.

Terry did u buy the abs delete block and go to a manual booster?
I wonder how much more weight that reduces from the car?

I wanna get 100lbs out of the car and I know I can get at least 50 of it off the nose
HVAC and manual brakes,The other 50 will come from a custom made seat braket which will save me about 10lbs,both air bags 20lbs and the ps pump and what not is another 12lbs.

If I only would stat focused on a diet and try and take off 100lbs
I could get down to 3400 or less in this car,Something to wish for I guess?
