Default Stall or nitrous?

Got my car to mid 12's now I guess it's time for 11's. What do u think 4000k or 100shot? Least stress on rear end? I'm only on 245 nitro's. So am I going to need slicks to accomplish my 11.999 pass? Thoughts?

Well nitrous is going to be much harder on the rear end, but it's also the better choice for dipping into the 11's. What kind of 60ft do you pull?

Realistically I'm thinking a stickier tire and stall, or your current tire and a 100 shot will both get you high 11's

You will be more happy with the stall. It will be there every single time you drive the car. The nitrous, not so much. And this is coming from a HUGE nitrous fan! I think either one will put you in the 11's easily. Are those all your mods in your sig? Weight reduction? That et/mph is pretty crazy for what you have!

Bring down your short times(60 foot) and you'll be in the 11's. Get some better drag radials, Nitto's suck. Have fun.

If you get a high stall you will need at least set of real drag radials to hook consistently and you should be in the low-12's or high-11's. A 50 or 75 shot should get you there. See my sig. A hundred shot should get you solid mid-to-high 11's. With stock converter and 3,000 rpm window switch the nitrous will come on right at the end of the 60' which will be easier on your rear end and *might* let you get away with the nittos. Nitrous done right will cost you more than the converter, especially considering bottle fills; you will need to do more tuning for the nitrous; and you don't have nitrous all the time.

I were you I'd go with the high stall converter first for simplicity and cost. Either way you don't need slicks; just a real set of DR's.

Another vote for a converter.

You're a good 60' away from running 11's, you've got the mph to get there.

You may need better tires and/or suspension work to get it there though.
