Look up Nivert. That's where I got my tubing, S&W race cars is close to but shipping killed the price for me. I'm in central pa.

thanks, I figured shipping would be a lot. 6+ foot pipe is a little awkward to ship

Stop buy a local metal fab or truck garage. They most likely get there metal from Nivert and see if they'll order it in for you. Got mine through a local truck garage, if their orders are over $250 I think it was there was no delivery fee. Shop owner was pretty cool and only charged his price so I threw some money to their beverage fund.

Look locally at a metal supply. Or, call a local well known chassis shop, and ask where they get theirs.

I think Shapiro tubing gets theirs from China
When you sand off the molybdenum to get ready to weld the tubing looks as if the mandrel and outer dies are gouged up
The German or Austrian tubing looks like chrome when you sand it
Not a mark in it

they say its not Chinese on their ebay page
"All of our 4130 tubing is either American or German manufactured material. We do not stock Chinese 4130 tubing."
