Does it have an extra fitting on top for a return line?

A little more info would be helpful. Where is the cell? Are you currently running a return? What size line are you using? In short though, yes, you just need to have a pump and regulator for EFI. Are you already using a return? Even if not, you can drill a hole and put an AN bulkhead fitting on there.
