Thumbs up Car ran pretty good for summertime *with movie*

Took the car to Cecil last night to make some runs before I tear into the engine to do some work on it.

60': 1.545
330': 4.577
1/8: 7.097
mph: 97.15
1000: 9.265
1/4: 11.091
mph: 123.62

Also ran a pair of 11.1x runs

Pretty much matched my best from nice cool air in pretty warm air (~2000 ft DA)

2 versions of movie quality...take your pick (please right click and save as)

Damn. Does your car still weigh 3500+lbs? What are you doing to the motor now?

Nice.

So, are ya going to just going to freshen up your curent set up?

How many miles and track passes do have on your Hot Rod?

Good luck with the rebuild.

I'm going to leave the current pistons/rings in...but redo the rod/main bearings.

Might slide a new bumpstick in too while I'm in there

Car has 78000 miles and a shoebox full of timeslips

current engine has ~18months and 75 or so passes I guess but the fact I run 7000 rpm on an unbalanced bottom end (factory crank/pistons/rods) is hell on bearings
