Default 4l60e to th400

This is a car used mostly for drag racing so Im currently going from a 4l60e to a th400 and I have the 4l60e removed. What do I do with the 4l60e wiring?
Is there any of it I need to keep or can I just delete it all?
I know there is a few wires at the shifter I will reuse for neutral safety and reverse lights but just wanting to make sure i dont remove anything that I might end up needing.
Thanks for the help

You connect the speedo wire to the front abs sensor and recalibrate the pcm until the mph is correct.Do a search on ls1tech and you should find a write up.
