Wisconsin bound Okay you guys up in the Badger state need to clue me in on Wisconsin. Looks like I will be moving there sometime the end of summer. Moving to Stevens Point in the middle of the state. Is there any street racing around there? Where is the best drag strip? I dont know anyone up there, but hopefully will make friends with alot of racers when I take the camaro up to the strip (wherever that is) C'mon wisconsin guys give me a shout!
Somebody must want to hang with a guy with a 10 second Camaro SS!

Re: Wisconsin bound I heard its cold up there. Not exactly warm here either in the winter. But when your wife gets offered major bucks to run a company....you pack your stuff, say "yes dear" and immediately start ordering parts. I have the fastest LS1 in Nebraska, time to conquer a new state. From what I hear, at least I will have some competition with alot of the Chicago racers for LS1 racing.

There are about 10 really fast LS1's in the Chicago area.

I guess GLD is ok as long as it’s been prepped right. But seldom is it prepped decent. Actually, GLD is about the only track I ever go to. All the rest are too far for me.
