you watch a lot of law and order! LOL - i love to talk to laymen that believe they understand legal issues - now back to your smack talking TB. you should have your PHd in that. oh wait, you need to go to grad school first.

Prove that you understand legal issues better. I kinda like that new "real life" Law and Order show. I must admit its pretty scary how easily one can be convicted with just the smallest amount of evidence. The defending attorney makes all the difference.

PS sandbagging is a debate tactic not really a court room one, it hurts your credibility.

high school terri burger and his debate tactics. i am sure you know all about court room procedures too right? criminal? civil? no one in the real world (out side of high school) care about your law and order language or what your high school debate teacher said. you really have no merit terri. stick with what you know. how to run a 10.9 and watching tv. for an expert you dont offer too much at the table.

I see your fingers moving but I don't read anything coming out. I guess you'll make a great "status quo" attorney. Also not to knock you back in to reality but technically you're no more qualified to discuss law than I am.

PS. It would greatly benefit you to take a simple grammar class. Someone who can't even capitalize his or her sentences properly will never be able to convince anyone of anything.

PPS misspelling my name doesn't add to your credibility either. From now on you can address me as Terence John Burger.

i am by no means an expert and do not practice law. but i am and have filled with the KS supreme court as a legal intern (that is much different than a regular legal intern). also i dont capitalize because it takes too much time when dealing with gearheads. i use proper language and IRAC sytle writing analysis when needed in legal memos and briefs (usually motions to the court). i figure - why bother giving the good stuff out for free. laywer bill out 150+ an hour (lame status quo attorneys - one day...) use correct language and analysis. the ones that use this style at all times are only trying to impress (by hiding their ignorance) with flashy language where it is unnecessary - thus a jailhouse lawyer.

jailhouse lawyers use world they do not properly understand to hide thier inability to articulate or impress (smoke and mirrors). people with higher educations (BS, MA, PHds) see right throught this - right terry???

As I've said before if you know how to properly capitalize how is it significantly more difficult to do? I guess all the stress and mental anguish of having to decide whether or not to press the shift day for each and every word you type, for every letter you write, day in and day out, could take its toll on someone of your intellectual capacity. Most Junior High graduates don't seem to have a problem with it though.

Again I've stated this before and I'll say it one more time, using language properly doesn't imply that you're trying to impress someone. It doesn't imply that you're trying to hide anything. In fact it doesn't imply anything at all! On the other hand using language improperly implies a lower level of education and general ignorance. Candidly I can't imagine the day where I would so blatantly misuse language for any reason, no less laziness. But hey, that's just me.

Getting back on subject Gator why don't you bring your slow car down here for the 28th? I'll smoke it too.

That's not a challenge Terry. But if you want to race for money I'll gladly take some of yours! I have to pay for the tags/smog on a car I can't drive

...Damn, here I thought that 54 people had congratulated me on my times Well there were a couple of "other factors" besides my 60' you should look at Terry, first I don't have shift light and I was hitting the rev limiter. I think (not sure though )that hitting the rev limiter in 1st and somtimes 2nd would affect both my Et and my MPH, added that it was a really hot humid day, and that I have no tuning, I could feel the motor pulling timing at WOT in 3rd, this is another reason why I didn't run as well as I could. Oh and this was done with practically full race weight, passenger seat and spare removed with heavy *** stock chrome rims in front Terry, Mark's owns his whole shop and doesn't need to pay for labor, and get's almost all his stuff for cost or less, it's very hard to price compare, you're a software technician that helped Mike Morgan write his custom tuning program, sure you get kick backs but I know that Mike makes everyone pay in the end!!

As a customer I've always appreciated that, and I don't think anyone can complain about 446rwhp in a heads/cam a4 car.

RE: Andy's, to be honest I don't know much about him or his shop. I just heard it was really small and kinda ghetto, not that there is anything wrong with that. Having more guys in the area trying to make these LS1's quick makes it a lot more fun for all of us, and gives me more fresh meat for the track days..
