Why the change? Lighter platform or this car just came 25.5 and was a deal?

Triangulated 4 link. Strut front end. I didnt want another tq arm car.

I run factory suspension, all glass, all steel, stock appearing classes. So there wouldnt be a quicker car with more suspension adjustment than a fox.
I always like calypso cars so i looked for one.

Curious what your thought is on et or mph limit of torque arm car is? What class(es) do you plan to run the Calypso in?

I know of them running 4.1's and 4.0's with a ton of power but not exactly a bolt in stock suspension setup. I could lower the car quite a bit more, shorten the tq arm a bit to cut back its lever point and do a radical spring package to it. But then it wont exactly be easy to drive around town.

Local-ish shootouts that require all glass and stock suspension. Street cruise type of events.

You mentioned you’re using the Pro-Flow intake. From what I understand, Edelbrock only makes a -6 fuel rail for the cathedral head pro-flow.

What are are your plans for fuel rails?

I have the same heads and a Pro-flow. I want something bigger then a -6 fuel rail and didn’t know this issue when I bought the intake.

Just looking at options now.

Thanks.

-06AN was a typo I believe or an old version that was never updated. Cathedral proflow rails (3629) come tapped for 3/8NPT which adapts easily to -08AN.

I ran 7.8@177 at 3.250 pounds with the 6an a couple years ago.

Since I just drill out and tap the ends of the rails for 3/8-8an and not had any restrictions at all.

Well, that was simple... drilled out the ends and tapped for 3/8 npt. Easy peasy...

thanks!
