Default Post your best Stock Converter times.

Had a good night at the strip. Still have the stock converter but ran some mid 12s at 110 mph+.
Can't wait to get some Convo Pros, skinnies, Hoosier slicks, and oh yeah, the Yank PT4400!

My previous best was 12.75 @ 109.59 MPH w/ a spinning 2.01 short. Since then I have changed my LS1 Edit program slightly. Also, the weather was good tonight.

Here's my times from tonight:
First run hit rev limit on 1-2 shift. (Rev limit is set at 6600 with LS1 Edit and shifts are "supposed" to be at 6200.)
.590
1.950
5.394
8.194
88.28 MPH
10.610
12.660
110.09 MPH

Next run hit rev limit hard on 2-3 shift. Best ET of the night, though.
.516
1.928
5.370
8.158

88.55 MPH
10.578
12.627

110.11 MPH

This run I let off the gas on the 2-3 shift to avoid the rev limit but I think it cost me ET and trap speed.
.689
1.934
5.400
8.205
87.99 MPH
10.642
12.703
109.59 MPH

One last run. Hit rev limit on 1-2 but not on 2-3. New best trap speeds.
.539
1.983
5.417
8.208
88.61 MPH
10.608
12.645
110.81 MPH

Sorry, I can't tell ya. I already had a Vig 3200 installed when the SS made its debut down the 1/4.

Had a friend run 12.3 @ 114mph with stock stall, and gearing. That was with Macs, cutout, ported meter, and a TB. I think there have been plenty faster though!

Forgot to post the Density Altitude. More people should do this IMO.

DA on last run (best MPH) was 736 ft. Pretty good for MissourEE in September.

Best with stock converter was 12.9@108.5 with a 2.00 60' in about 2500 DA.

This was after the cam, and the car would bog very bad upon launch.

Alexws6 made a few runs with his car with the stock verter. The best was 12.03 with a 1.7ish 60 foot. This is with long tubes and the C1 cam and most of the bolt ons. He was on ET streets and skinnys.

not sure of the DA, but it was at HRP with 55* weather so im sure the DA was pretty good.
