Who's racin this weekend?
I will be at lone Star Raceway Park this weekend trying to move up in the track N/E points championship. I am currently in 5th place with 2 big bracket races this weekend.
The new Thunder LS1 346 motor has been rockin and I have been ok on the tree. Maybe this weekend I will finally win a race this year.
Good luck to everyone this weekend.

I'll be racing Sunday at Beaver Springs Dragway. It is Beaver Springs Dragway vs Pittsburgh Raceway Park. It's called the Keystone State Challange. I'll be representing PRP.
I'm heading out with my Brother " Bill the roofer" and his 69 Camaro. My car too lol
Should be fun.
Good luck to all!

outta be better than the 90 shot dry i tried last time manually spraying with abutton taped to my shifter LOL.
This is the first time this year I'm getting a chance to bracket race, because I didn't have a bar yet. I'm VERY rusty, hope I can cut a few good lights.

I ran it out anyways and went 11.402 on an 11.40. In time trials I was cutting pretty good lights, .52x's and .53x's. I guess I choked.Maybe I'll try again next week.

PRP took it to BSD and we kicked there *****. Man we had a good time and the racers at BSD are the best. Dang good sportsmen they are. I made it to the finals in modified. My starter took a crap when they called us to the lanes. My car wouldn't start. Click. Click, Click. Bummer man. After what seemed like forever, PRP and BSD people were all over my car trying to get it started. A few poundings on the starter and VAAROOOM it started. The Young man I was racing in the finals is the 2000, 2001 and 2003 modified Champion. This young man waited and waited and gave me a chance to compete.
Then he whoooped me in the final. I had a blast though. I'm happy.I got to buy a starter tomorrow. Is there an after market starter anyone could recommend?
Good Night

Been there and done that man. Practice is the key. Good luck this coming weekend.
Tom,
Congrats on your runner up finish and your track winning.
Let me know which starter you get. I may put a after market one on the Hot Rod also.

Sorry to hear about your crimson hue headaches! I did that 5 straight rounds to start the season, then learned to back-off a little. good luck, I'm sure you'll get it!
Tom,
Congrats on your rounds and getting a competitor that was a true sportsman, waited to make a side-by-side run to beat you instead of the cheap way. hope you go one more round next time!
