Default Weighed both bumper supports.

They came from a 00 Camaro. Weighed them on an accurate work scale.

Front: 19.0 lb
Rear: 19.5 lb

http://www.mavness.com/camarozach/carpics.htm

That page shows pictures of the removal for both.

Enjoy.

I weighed the front one at 19 lbs on a post scale. So the rear one is more massive? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> I wish I didn't have traction problems. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

The rear one is about the same size, but the absorbtion part material is different. The front is styrophone where as the rear is pretty much all heavy plastic.

Looks like we have some fast V6s here, I once had one but had to step up to an LS1 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Has anyone notice a significant loss of street traction from removing the rear bumper support.

Is there ant flex in the nose or rear cover without the support? I know on my mustang, without the rear bumper, it will flex from the air moving around the car while I'm driving. Looks funny... Just curious if the camaro will have the same problem.......
