I still find it amazing that there are two stock shortblock LS1s on that list.

You must have a VERY LENIENT definition of "Stock Block" <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" /> None of those cars are anywhere near stock on the bottom end.

OK.....so what are the alternatives? C5R block and what else? Just think it's a little silly to call them "stock block" IMO when they are all worked over big time in most cases.

Definition used is "Stock Style Block" By those exact words, it doesn't require a stock Short Block, stock Long Block or anything of the sort.

Of note for this is that the LS1 guys get to use Truck Iron Blocks, along with even the C5R blocks.

The LT1 guys are basically limited to the LT1 and LT4 4 Bolt Blocks.

Basically if you can bolt a set of LT1 or LS1 heads onto it without changing the Colling passages etc, its a Stock Style Block. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I guessed on Wade's Engine size and trans, but I emailed Dave to let me know...

Again if anyone has any info regarding car on the list or not, and is verifiable within a couple reputable parties let me know!
