I am not sure what they are at right now but wanted to know what you guys set your at off the trans brake.

I went 1.56 off the footbrake. then I tried the trans brake and blew the tires off do to no weight transfer....what are you guys running for setting on front and back..?

well my car is an M6 but could be a decent comparison cuz it hits the tires REALLY hard(7K rpm launch) like a transbrake will.

The base setting I always tell my automatic friends to try is 6 in back and 1 up front..so 50/50 rear and loosest setting up front. See what the car does and if you want more squat soften from there..I have a feeling that 6 back 1 front would work well for you though.

btw..I run 4 in rear and 1 up front, as long as the track is hooking it works well for my car and tire.

Hals BLOW on setting one,The car unseats itself because the rebound is also the same as compression.I'd start around 6 in the front and go down 2 clicks then 2 more and see how the car reacts.

Now the newere QA1R might be alittle better,I dont know. Our cars act like a ladder bar car,u want the susp to go down but the boddy to lift.I run my car at 3 or 4 on the front and 50/50 rear with 12lbs in the tires w/20lbs in the air bag.

i agree to a point but by no means totally.

yes it sucks that they compress so quickly, but if your **** is set up properly you won't unload the rear tires.

my car will dead hook and not start spinning when the front wheels come down..same with anyone else's car i've worked with at the track that has teh proper suspension for thier power level.

I still do want the R series though as I hate scrappping things on the ground when the front wheels land and the little nose dive i get between shifts.

I still say 1 on front, 6 in back to start.

I would run 2 in the front and 4 in the rear to start.

3 is gonna be way to soft IMO for an auto car...you're just gonna squat down and not have forward motion.

Also Scott where is your tire pressure at? I say start off with 12 PSI cold in the tires and set your shocks at 6 in the rear and 2 in the front. If it hooks hard and you are pulling the front tires hard then stiffen the fronts to 4 or 5 and go from there.

I'm a 6 speed and I run 6 in the rear and any where from 3 to 5 in the front and I am cutting high 1.4's to low 1.5's. You should see some sick 60's with that car once you get her dialed in
