I ran at HRP this weekend. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

On Friday night TNT I ran a best of 11.001! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> You can't get any closer than that. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" />

I could not get the Hot Rod to 60 ft as well as it did at NPR(Thunder Shootout). <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

On Saturday and Sunday we ran 1/8 mile and the best I could do was a 7.001 on a 7.00 dail in on Saturday. Again so close but so far. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" />

On Sunday I burned up my 02's again. The Hot Rod was running way to rich and could not get her dailed in to save my life. I still went 5 rounds Saturday and Sunday <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

If I would have ran a 6.99 in the 1/8 that would be a 10 in the 1/4. <img border="0" alt="[whiner]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cry.gif" />

This was going to be my last race of the year but I think that I will go to the MotorPlex in Ennis, TX. and run in the Super 10's on Sunday. I would go Friday night but I have my 1st Wrestling tournament on Saturday.

I bet on a prepped trasck youd have had 10's for sure. Test n Tune is usually not a good night for 60's. LOL

So how far did you get in the super10s race? Win any $$$?

I had a new best friday night on motor, but didn't get the number I was looking for. It was just too damned humid.
Also didn't get a good nitrous pass in. Gonna get the bottle filled and try again soon.

There were over 300 Hot Rods at TNT on Friday night. Track prep was ok. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" />

I made 35 passes this weekend. Went 5 rounds on Saturday and Sunday. 1 round from the money. <img border="0" alt="[devil]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_devil.gif" />

curious because when i was i highschool in colorado i wrestled all my years but since we have moved down here i have wanted to find some type of freestyle wrestling for the fun of it.

I ended up getting in 4 runs in. 3 of them the car fell flat on it's face on the launch (thank you torque management), and the last run the clutch lost grip when I went into 2nd and slammed my rev limiter. Me and my dad ran new bests in both our cars, but were both having problems. Everytime he ran, his 78 t/a lost something in the electrical system... ignition off the line the first run, dash lights the second, driving lights the 3rd and lost ignition at the top of that run... i believe that's when he called it quits for the night. Me, I was having launching problems and misfires due to fouled plugs. Overall was a pretty decent night though.

On a side note, I'd be interested to know once and for all whether or not M6's have torque management and, if so, how to eliminate it with LS1-Edit.

Coach,if your going to drive to Ennis you might as well make a wide right and come over to RRR in shreveport with me on the 23rd <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> Track prep is always good and the weather will be much cooler by then <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> I plan to ride over to Hallsville,TX on 12/7 or 12/8 for some T&T if your wanting to go there instead.

Coach, you are so close I know you can taste it. I feel your pain, but just not quite as much. I am a bit further away than you are. That's OK though. Maybe we can have a GTG @ HRP on an instant green and with a bit better weather it will happen.Good luck to ya!

I was out there sunday. Track prep? What track prep...lol. After a huge burnout on a run, I roll back into the staging lanes. When I felt the tires they were kinda chalky. NO vht at all.

Thats real close Coach!!!! Problem you may have at the Motorplex is that the elevation is +500ft. So on my gauges that makes it .05 or .06 slow against equal conditions at Houston. Come on down to No Problem on Nov.22 and Nov.23 and get that 10sec slip.You'll most likely be off the next week for Thanksgiving anyway. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> Frank95z
