I guess the 3200lb minimum is OK, but personally I'd prefer to see it around 3000lbs, and let the big motor guys required to be around 3200.
I'd just like my small motor to be somewhat competetive. I'll probably be there in any case, though.

The no mini tubs or suspension relocation mods will be the limiting tire size factor.
